Welcome to Dealnow. This page details a limited period Offer provided by our participating sellers redeemable through our Dealnow Marketplace Platform only in the website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating. You should understand that by participating in the Offer and using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions including Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the Platform. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to access the offers provided under our Platform.

Terms & Conditions of Benefits Offered

• • For availing benefit under this Program, you must satisfy the order eligibility conditions determined by Dealnow at its sole discretion.
  • By participating in this Program, the user (“You”, “Your” or “Participant”) agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (“T&C”); the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on Dealnow Website, (referred to as “Platform”), which are owned and operated by Dealnow “We” or “Our”).
  • Dealnow reserves the right to change, withdraw, or modify the benefits at any time without prior notice.
  • Dealnow reserves the right to cancel your offer benefits from this Program if any fraudulent/abuse/reseller/affiliates activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Benefits. In all such cases, Dealnow reserves the right in its sole discretion, to withdraw any claimed rewards along with any Partner subscriptions earned as a benefit of this program.

Other Terms and Conditions

• • This Program is subject to the prevailing laws of India.
  • Benefits under this Program are for personal use only and shall not be commercially exploited. In all cases where any commercial or fraudulent activity is suspected, Dealnow reserves the right to withdraw any claimed rewards, along with any Partner subscriptions earned as a benefit of this Program.
  • You acknowledge and confirm that you are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or known to any unauthorized persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstandings, and Dealnow shall not be responsible in any manner.
  • By enrolling in the Program or by providing your information, you consent to the collection, transfer, sharing, use, and otherwise processing of your information in accordance with the Terms and the www.dealnow24.com  published on the Platform.
  • We may send you emails and other communications related to your participation.
  • You cannot transfer or assign your Dealerership.
  • Benefits shall not be settled with cash in lieu by Dealnow or the Partner(s), and are not transferable.
  • Dealnow is not endorsing the Partners or the benefits offered by the Partners.
  • Dealnow disclaims all liability that may arise due to any violation of the applicable laws by You or the Partner(s).
  • The Benefits are valid for a limited inventory and are subject to availability.
  • Dealnow shall not be responsible or liable for redressing any queries or complaints regarding Offers or benefits offered by the Partners.
  • Any and all benefits offered by the Partners are subject to the Partner’s terms and conditions. Dealnow takes no responsibility whatsoever for fulfillment or otherwise of such benefits.
  • Dealnow reserves the right to suspend or withdraw access to the Program to you personally, or to all users, temporarily or permanently, at any time without notice.
  • Dealnow disclaims all liability and responsibility, whatsoever, for the quality, availability, merchantability, missed services, features, and/or content of the Benefits, products, services listed, offered, or rendered by the Partners.
  • In case of any dispute or difference arising concerning the Program or any alleged defect or deficiency of service availed, the same shall be resolved through arbitration as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, and the seat will be at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
  • All statutory taxes (direct or indirect, including local levies, TDS, registration fees, and Insurance) on the Benefits, wherever applicable, shall be payable by you. Dealnow will not be responsible/liable for the same.
  • Dealnow reserves the right at any time to change, modify, withdraw, extend or terminate this Program at its discretion, without any prior notice and without any liability or obligation in this regard.
  • The Program shall be subject to force majeure events rendering Dealnow and/or the Partner unable to extend the Offer, for reasons beyond Dealnow’s or the Partner’s control, such as, but not limited to Acts of God, acts of civil or military authorities, acts of public enemy, terrorist attacks, war, threat of war, destruction of network, strikes, lock-out, riots, civil disturbances, political disturbances, insurrections, accidents, explosions, fire, earthquake, flood, epidemics, acts of government, agencies or officers, volcano, volcanic ash, natural calamities, or any other legitimate cause restraining performance and on occurrence of such an event, the Program may be completely or partially withdrawn at the discretion of Brand and/ or Dealnow and Brand or Dealnow shall not be liable to pay any monetary compensation or otherwise for the same.
  • Dealnow and/or Partner does not hereby warrant that the Dealnow Call Center will run concurrently and error free during and/or after the “Program” and Dealnow shall not be directly liable for issues related to technical and/or human error whatsoever. However, Dealnow shall work towards the best interest of the Customer.
  • You are not bound in any way to participate in this Program. Any participation is voluntary, and the benefits are being provided purely on a best-effort basis.
  • You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Dealnow harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Dealnow as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
  • This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable, and the amended provisions about electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

Intellectual Property Rights

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Dealnow and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Rey Theme from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

Dealnow is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Dealnow  and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of us, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in us for the resolution of any disputes.
