- Return Window: 7 days from the delivery date for most items.
- Reasons for Return: Damaged, defective, wrong product, or not as described.
- Condition: Product must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
- Process: (in-app):
- Go to ‘Orders’.
- Select the order and click ‘RETURNS’.
- Choose ‘Refund’ or ‘Exchange’.
- Select a reason (e.g., damaged, wrong size).
- Submit the request.
- Refunds: Processed in 7-14 business days after return approval, credited back to the original payment method or bank account.
- Exchanges: Available if the replacement product is in stock.
- Non-Returnable Items: Some categories like perishables or personalized items may be excluded, noted on the listing.
