Dealnow’s return policy allows customers to return most products within 7 days of delivery for issues like damage, defects, or receiving the wrong item, requiring the product to be unused and in original packaging; customers select ‘Refund’ or ‘Exchange’ in the app, providing details, with refunds typically processed in 7-14 business days post-approval. 

Key Aspects of the Policy:

  • Return Window: 7 days from the delivery date for most items.
  • Reasons for Return: Damaged, defective, wrong product, or not as described.
  • Condition: Product must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
  • Process: (in-app):
    1. Go to ‘Orders’.
    2. Select the order and click ‘RETURNS’.
    3. Choose ‘Refund’ or ‘Exchange’.
    4. Select a reason (e.g., damaged, wrong size).
    5. Submit the request.
  • Refunds: Processed in 7-14 business days after return approval, credited back to the original payment method or bank account.
  • Exchanges: Available if the replacement product is in stock.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some categories like perishables or personalized items may be excluded, noted on the listing. 

Important Tips:

  • Always record a video while opening return parcels as evidence.
  • Provide clear photos/videos with your return request.
